The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling bankruptcy
matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and
experience to facilitate the bankruptcy process on behalf of our
clients. Requires Skills : Juris Doctorate Licensed and in good
standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars Strong written and
verbal communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize large
caseload Analytical and detail-oriented Excellent problem-solving
and organizational skills Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters
including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections,
Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and
Adversary Proceedings. Qualified applicants must reside in
Baltimore, Maryland or Alexandria,Virginia. 0-3 years of bankruptcy
experience
