Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate / Packaging Associate Job Description You will be instrumental in assembling boxes and packing final items for shipment. You will work in an assembly line format, standing shoulder to shoulder with colleagues for 12-hour shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Responsibilities Manually assemble boxes and pack products for shipment. Perform all positions involved in the production line process. Comply with quality standards and report any issues or failures. Maintain constant flow of the line to avoid unplanned downtimes. Achieve standard hourly production results. Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. Essential Skills 1-2 years in production or manufacturing roles. Experience with assembly line and repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts. Knowledge of quality inspection and quality standards. Experience in material handling, labeling, and warehouse packing. Quality control, quality assurance, and inventory management skills. Work Environment Climate Controlled Environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonial Heights, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
