1Writes, and edits narrative reports and budget materials and
presents the budget plan to a variety of internal and external
stakeholders.
2Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to
compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on
abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way
that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message
and objectives
3Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of
alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to
address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues
4Develops and enhances collaborative partnerships with Agency
leadership to drive efforts to identify or create strategies to
address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals
5Provides leadership and involves others in the decision-making
process related to finance and acquisition or strategy, engagement
and evaluation, build support for options that provide solutions
that integrate actions across the enterpriseHIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1Experience identifying long-term goals and developing associated
resource strategies for Enterprise-level programs.
2Experience working with both GDIP and MIP and associated budget
processes.
3Prior project/program management experienceAdditional information

(DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C1601All
