Mitigation Technician Job Details:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm, OT and on call as needed
• Pay Rate: $17- $22/hour based on experience and certifications
• Direct Hire! Mitigation Technician Job Description:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and remain accessible by phone/on-call
  • Attend required IICRC classes and earn certifications
  • Perform site inspections, document damage, and take before/after photos
  • Safely clean, remove, and restore storm, fire, water, and mold-damaged properties
  • Operate hand and power tools, load/unload materials, and maintain clean job sites and equipment
  • Assist with warehousing tasks and support the team as needed Mitigation Technician Job Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • 1+ year of manual labor or restoration experience preferred
    • Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
    • Availability for occasional weekends and overtime
