Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST) is a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and service needs for commercial and government clients. We are seeking a full-time Senior Enterprise Architect. This is an exempt position supporting a government customer in the Norfolk, VA area.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Have experience in Enterprise Architecture roles related to implementing an Enterprise Architecture framework in a federal agency or department.
  
• Perform enterprise-level infrastructure management, software design or development, infrastructure architecture, content distribution, database architecture, IP networking, IT security, data center operations, and enterprise applications.
  
• Describe, analyze, and document customer enterprise IT architecture using appropriate methods, standards, and approaches.
  
• Understand MSC Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) system requirements in relation to customer missions, with the ability to grasp strategic and technical needs and understand the business domain to solve business problems.
  
• Identify relationships between business services, information, applications, and infrastructure assets within enterprise architecture frameworks and IT management frameworks.
  
• Support the development of IT rules and requirements for baseline and target architectures.
  
• Assist in developing DoDAF architectures to support systems engineering, program management, and leadership throughout the system development lifecycle.
  
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with technical and executive audiences, and able to interact effectively with senior leadership.
  
  Desired Education and Experience

• Active SECRET clearance
  
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
  
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
  
• FEAC certified ACEA Green Belt or equivalent; FEAC certified CEA Black preferred
  
• Certification in DODM 8140.03 and DODI 8140.02 or current equivalent
  
• Expertise in DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF 2.0)
  
• Major EA framework certification (e.g., FEAF, TOGAF) at minimum
  
  Desired Skills
  
  • 
    
  • Experience with API integrations, security, and operational tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
    
  • Experience with workflows and large data transfers between APIs
    
  • Technical implementation and integration of ServiceNow Service Management with Asset and Security Management tools
    
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
