Job Description BAE Systems is hiring a Procurement Analyst -
Supply Chain to support our Ship Repair business. The role will
work closely with suppliers daily; updating supplier profiles,
confirming access to Supplier Connect Document Portal, assessing
compliance initiatives, confirming payment address updates, and
ensuring certificates of insurance. Support Supply Chain and
ensuring performance and compliance in accordance with Federal
Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition
Regulation (DFARS), Public Law, and BAE Systems Policies and
Procedures.Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative procurement related duties for the
shipyard's Supply Chain team and act as a liaison across the Supply
Chain function to gather, compile, and organize information.
- Perform administrative duties that include data entry and
problem solving for tasks such as invoice reconciliation,
initiating supplier on-boarding requests, and purchase order
closeout processes using Supply Chain's ERP programs including
CostPoint, SREP, HICX, KTA, Exostar, Coupa, and SRDAP.
- Consolidate inputs and prepare yard level reports in various
tools (PPT, Web-based, etc.), such as monthly PPP or FFATA
reports.
- Perform data entry and collection in an organized manner,
supporting data collection, entry, organization, and research for
various deliverables.
- Summarize information from various sources for different types
and levels of consumption as well as performs validation
checks.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma and 4 years of work experience or
equivalent experience
- Experience in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage data entry, maintenance, and reporting
- Ability to support shifting priorities within a dynamic
environment
- Strong computer skills to work with multiple databases
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associates Degree
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in Defense (DoD)
- Experience in Ship Repair or Maritime industryPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
