Meet our professionals CGI: A company committed to clients Position Description: CGI is looking for 3 experienced Solutions Lead consultants for a Dynamics 365 role with focus areas in Master Data, Planning, and Warehousing. The role is more functional than technical. We are upgrading the customer from AX2012R3 to Dyn365FO. This role will support a client in the Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will primarily focus on conducting client workshops, refining client requirements and executing application development and enhancements. The consultant will collaborate closely with other CGI members in Sweden and local client teams. Occasional travel is required to client site locations in Richmond, Virginia and Owensboro, Kentucky. Resource will be ideally located in the Richmond, Virginia location. Your future duties and responsibilities: Your future duties and responsibilities: * Understand client requirements by organizing and facilitating client workshops * Assess the client's objectives, and given the application's context, make recommendations on refining the stated requirements * Participate in application design * Execute code development, and testing ? unit, functional, an integration * Support deployment activities Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Essential Skills: * Role: Solution Lead and application consultant for Master Data o Good knowledge of Dynamics AX/Dyn365FO o Completion of at least 1 full scope implementation within AX2012R3/Dyn365FO, preferable with focus on manufacturing o Hands on experience within Product information management module o Good knowledge of Products and Bills of material (BOM) within manufacturing o Good communication skills and be able to hold and lead workshops, advise and collect requirements* Role: Solution Lead and application consultant for Planning o Good knowledge of Dynamics AX/Dyn365FO o Completion of at least 1 full scope implementation within AX2012R3/D365FO, preferable with focus on manufacturing o Good knowledge of Forecast and Master planning processes o Good communication skills and be able to hold and lead workshops, advise and collect requirements* Role: Solution Lead and application consultant for Warehousing o Good knowledge of Dynamics AX/Dyn365FO and Warehouse processes o Completion of at least 1 full scope implementation within AX2012R3/Dyn365FO, preferable with focus on manufacturing o Hands on experience within Warehouse management module o Good knowledge of Trade & Logistics processes o Good communication skills and be able to hold and lead workshops, advise and collect requirements* MS Dynamics ERP related development * Hands on experience with one or more of the following modules: Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management; Forecast & Master Planning modules* Completion of at least 1 full scope implementation within AX2012R3/Dyn365FO, preferable with focus on manufacturing and distribution * Strong analysis and technical design skills * Good team work skills * Good communication (written and verbal) skills * Ability to solve problems and conduct research in order to address knowledge gaps * Open to learning more about MS Dynamics, and other new technologies Desired Skills (pluses, not essential): * Experience working in an Agile and Scrum based approach * Experience with XML, AJAX, JQuery, JSON, JSONP, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, and XRM Toolbox * Familiarity with the manufacturing sector Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
