Job Description Lab Supervisor – Core Lab We are seeking an
experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead our Core Lab team. This
role oversees daily operations, ensures quality and compliance, and
supports staff development in a fast-paced clinical laboratory.
Location: Chesapeake, Virginia Schedule: Full-time, night shift
position Responsibilities: Supervise core lab staff and workflow
Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, etc.) Maintain quality
control and troubleshooting procedures Train and mentor team
members Requirements: ASCP certification (MLS or equivalent)
required (AMT accepted too) Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
or related field 3 years of lab experience, with leadership
