Oversee clinical staff and operations across various clinic locations within the market. Drive initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain ChenMed standards of care. Collaborate with other department leaders to innovate and implement healthcare solutions. Represent the company at medical conferences and with healthcare providers. Monitor budgetary and resource allocations within the market. Expertise in geriatric medicine Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience in healthcare administration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in healthcare IT systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Valid state medical license Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Preferred additional qualifications: MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration
