We are seeking a skilled Quality & Risk Director to oversee our quality assurance and risk management initiatives. This pivotal role ensures our compliance with healthcare standards and regulations while striving for excellence in patient care. By analyzing data, leading audits, and forming strategic plans, you will play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the safety and quality of our services. Develop and implement comprehensive quality and risk management programs. Analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance outcomes. Lead internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate with clinical staff to provide training and updates on the latest healthcare practices and standards. Manage the incident reporting system and conduct root cause analyses for issues. Prepare detailed reports on quality and risk metrics for senior management and regulatory bodies. Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and ensure hospital and agency compliance. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and healthcare compliance software Effective communication and training skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or comparable qualification
