Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks with Possible Extension Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years Required Travel Experience License: Compact or State License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required Must-Have: - Proficient in EPIC - Experience with neurology/stroke patients in the past - IV Start and Telemetry Interpretation Skills Description: This position is located in a beautiful area known for its outdoor activities. The unit requires MedSurg Tele RNs with experience in managing patient ratios of 1:7. Candidates must have a solid understanding of dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring. Expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the contract. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with a daily census of around 28. Candidates should be able to provide evidence of successful prior travel nursing experience. All candidates must have no prior license or background issues, as this will disqualify them from consideration. Fit testing requirements must be met, and any issues may lead to disqualification.
