Job Description:

Headway is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our innovative team, aiming to transform the landscape of mental health care. At Headway, we connect patients with mental health professionals in a smooth, efficient manner, leveraging insurance partnerships to make services more accessible. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychological assessments and therapy tailored to a diverse clientele, incorporating your expertise to promote mental wellness and support patient-centered care. Conduct psychological assessments and provide accurate diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Offer evidence-based psychological therapies, adjusting approaches based on treatment outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate mental health care with other forms of medical treatment Provide crisis intervention services as required Maintain detailed records of patient sessions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards and privacy laws Engage in continuous education and professional development to ensure best practices in mental health treatments Participate in community outreach and mental health advocacy campaigns organized by Headway Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other therapeutic techniques Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with psychological assessment tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client bases Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance A valid Licensed Clinical Psychologist license Certifications in specialized areas such as CBT or DBT are preferred but not required
